Healthy Dublin is a community-based health and wellness initiative designed to improve the overall health and well-being of those who live and work in Dublin by encouraging healthier lifestyles.
The program was created through a partnership with area business and community groups and provides health screenings, wellness education, health events and other resources and support necessary to help you take charge of your health.
Healthy Dublin is centered on the seven dimensions of health, so it’s more than merely improving your physical health, exercising and eating right. It is the full integration of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being. These dimensions of health work together in a way that contributes to your overall quality of life.
Through clinical data analysis of information provided voluntarily by participants, we hope to establish an aggregate benchmark of the community’s health and measure it on an annual basis. Our goal is to not only make sure you succeed in achieving your health goals, but make the entire Dublin community healthier each year.
Through the Healthy Dublin initiative, we hope to foster a culture of wellness, making our community’s health and well being a key component for a vibrant Dublin.
